A&R
Music1.com has fun and exciting
artist representative
sales and talent scout job opportunities to work for
the A&R Live Hookup team and its major label record company and TV/film
partners. We’re looking for hard working, creative individuals, who are
passionate about music and have strong aspirations for a career in the
music industry. Potential candidates should be focused, goal-oriented,
self-motivated professionals that will thrive in a virtual work-from-home
environment.
Ideal candidates will posses excellent written and verbal communications
skills. No previous sales or marketing experience is required for our A&R
Music1 Affiliate and Associate Artist Representative level positions, but
candidates with sales and/or marketing experience will thrive and can be
quickly promoted to our higher level job opportunities. All candidates
should have great customer service skills and must be people oriented with
the ability to interact with a diverse range of personalities. We
look for people who have a passion for learning with a strong desire to
grow as a music industry professional. |

*All applicants will be
considered for our A&R Music1 Affiliate position, with an immediate
performance-based opportunity for growth to our next levels (see
promotional and commission pay levels below). A&R Music 1.com has a well
established and reputable brand and record company partners to protect,
and these evaluative positions will allow us to qualify applicants who can
successfully represent our brand.

hire, reward and promote our top performers to the Artist Representative
and Sr. Artist Representative levels and assign them to our major record
company accounts. |

Scouts
artists and clearly communicates to the artists the advantages of
working with A&R Music 1.com in an increasingly competitive music
industry

The
Basic Affiliate will be provided with A&R Music 1.com branded banners
(with affiliate sales tracking codes) to assist them in their marketing
efforts

Be
creative and post banners on music and social networking sites to drive
traffic to armusic1.com and increase your sales opportunities
-
Earn 15%
commission for an artist signing

Sign up
seven artists to participate in an armusic1.com industry Hook-Up and
begin earning more as an Associate Artist Representative

Continue
using your creativity and resourcefulness to scout artists on the web
and at live events.

Earn 20%
commission for every artist signing

Sign up
10 artists to participate in an A&R Live HookUp and begin
earning higher commissions and utilizing A&R Music 1.com branded
resources as an Artist Representative

As
Artist Rep, you have demonstrated to us that you are serious about a
career in the music industry and upholding the reputation of the AR
Music 1.com brand.

You will
be provided with an A&R Music 1.com branded MySpace page to assist you
in your marketing efforts and allow you to easily facilitate
communicating with artists.

You will
also be provided with an extension and voice mail within the A&R Music
1.com phone system and an A&R Music 1.com email address

Business
Cards with your name, title, phone ext, Email and MySpace address.

Earn 25%
commission for every artist signing

Gain
access to an A&R Music 1.com support team of managers and mentors that
can assist in sales training and product knowledge growth

Gain
inside access to armusic1.com industry Hook-Ups. At the Artist Rep
level, you will have access to an unlimited amount of Test Drives and
will receive discounts on all Hook-Ups

Sign up
25 artists to participate in an A&R Live Hookup and
continue to raise your commissions and gain even more insider access as
a Senior Artist Representative

Not only
have you demonstrated that you are serious about a career with A&R Music
1.com, but you have displayed excellent sales skills and the ability to
communicate well with artists.

In
addition to your A&R Music 1.com MySpace page, phone extension, and
email address, you will be rewarded with free long distance and any fees
previously charges for direct deposit will be waived.

qualify for the Artist Representative Management position, you are
required to sign up a minimum of 40 artists to participate in an A&R
Live Hookup, and demonstrate strong leadership

Manages
a team of Artist Reps and Sr. Artist Reps

Provides
direction, training, and support for these Reps

Assigned
to overseeing the booking of Labels A, B, and C, and responsible for
knowing their schedules, talent needs, open slots, and current projects

Receive
bonuses when Hook-Ups under your management sell out

Earn 40%
commission on every artist you sign and participation in commissions
from your team members.
