A&R Music1.com, LLC., is an independent A&R and music workshop company.  Founded in Atlanta, GA, in 1993, by Stephen Strother, CEO / Consultant, the company hosts weekly A&R Hookups, exclusive demo listening sessions and workshops by PHONE and WEB!  The A&R Hookups connect artists, producers and songwriters with major record and publishing companies for deal consideration and live feedback on the spot!

Dina Andrews is a 25 year music industry veteran. She has assisted some of the top entertainers in Urban and Gospel Music. Dina placed hundreds of songs and earned gold & platinum awards for her work. Her music legacy includes managing the legendary Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, General Manger for "TLC" under PT Entertainment, LA & Babyface and consultant to Dallas Austin and many more. Dina was associate Manager for Atlantic Starr, Surface, Paul Jackson, Jr. and Dean Gant Other top clients include Alvin Speights, Wokie Stewart, Percy Bady, The Whispers, Lakeside, Shalamar, Leon Sylvers and Klymaxx. Dina also had a production deal through Capitol Records.

A&R Music1.com has hosted more than 640 music listening sessions and workshops with top industry executives. More than 35 acts, including Grammy winner India Arie, TLC, and Usher, have used A&R Music1.com products and services in pursuing their recording contracts. Many more attendees have landed television licensing deals, major label production work and publishing contracts.
